Baseball Coaching

All Aspects Skills Session - 75 minutes

In this session, players will hit and I'll work with them on all the positions they play.  This is like an additional baseball practice.  Individual rate is $80 and a group of four (90 minutes) costs $200.  Sessions take place at Bass Lake Playfields in Plymouth, MN.

Hitting Lesson - 30 or 60 minutes

We'll find a cage somewhere near one of us and meet there for your lesson.  I like to work a variety of tee work, toss and live arm hitting.  We can spend our time learning from scratch my 4S Hitting System or we can tweak what you're working with to stay hot all season long.  Cost is $40 for 30 mins or $70 for an hour.

Fielding or Pitching Lesson - 30 minutes

We'll work on fielding or pitching for 30 minutes.  Cost is $40 and sessions take place at Bass Lake Playfields in Plymouth, MN.

Team Practice Sessions - 90 minutes

I'll come out to your practice and work with your team of up to 12 players.  There is a process I go through with coaches prior to me running your practice to see what your team needs to work on and we go from there.  Every minute will be spoken for and players will get a lot of quality work in.  Cost is $300 for the whole team.

4S Hitting System Clinic - 120 minutes

This would be good for an association or individual teams and takes place at local park cages.  I'll teach you the 4S Hitting System - Foundations Course which talks about stance, separate/stride, snap and swing.  I'll break down each individual step and we'll break out in drills to work on the elements.  Players get lots of hacks and lots of coaching.  Cost is $450 for up to 12 players.
