Memorial Day was a bad choice for hosting this so we have decided to cancel the scheduled workout. We'll be using any combination of battle ropes, ViPR, medicine balls, agility ladder, TRX straps, foam rollers, exercise bands, Penalty Boxes and agility cones. The exercise will be intense and athlete's will be on the clock from the time they enter the gym until the time they leave.
